For every further person we charge € 10,00 per night.

Local tax will be added to the prices. The amount of local tax is equal to 1,75 EUR per person (over 14 years) and night.
The price includes the “Alpe di Siusi Live Client Card” free of charge. The Card allows you to explore South Tyrol by granting access to the public transport system. Please find here an overview of the services included.
Your dog or cat is welcome too; nevertheless, we have to charge a small fee (40,00 EUR) for the cleaning after your stay with a pet.
The holiday flat is ready after 2 pm on arrival day. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the flat or room by 10 am. However, these times are flexible and can be changed upon consultation.
All prices are per overnight-stay for the entire flat. Accommodation, bed linen, heating, water, gas and electricity, cleaning (including cleaning once the flat has been vacated) and all fees are included in the price, except the local tax. The amount of local tax is equal to 1,75 EUR per person and day over 14 years.
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit and the sending of a booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation. Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
We recommend that you take a Red Rooster holiday cancellation insurance after booking your stay. This will cover cancellation charges, meaning that you can look forward to your holiday in a more carefree manner. Further information regarding costs and how to take the insurance can be found here.
